MAN Importers Ireland Limited, a member of the OHM Group, is the exclusive distributor in Ireland of MAN commercial vehicles.
The OHM Group is one of Ireland's leading private businesses and is engaged in the exclusive distribution of internationally recognised brands and prestige products. The Group's activities include the importation and distribution of motor cars, commercial vehicles, buses, materials handling equipment, generators and engines. The Group is also successfully involved in motor retailing.
Since its establishment in 1994, MAN Importers Ireland has strived to develop a reputation for providing customers with high quality trucks supported by a first class back up service. This aim has been achieved and has facilitated MAN Ireland in achieving year on year growth in market share with a strong customer base.
In 2001, to further develop the MAN business in Ireland, the OHM Group built a new state of the art premises for MAN located on the M50 motorway, at Oak Road Business Park, Nangor Road, Dublin 12. This new facility offers best in class sales, spare parts and service, as well as DOE facilities and together with its superior nationwide dealer network, it has enabled MAN Ireland to deliver to its customers the highest level of service and quality spare parts for MAN trucks and buses.
MAN Importers Ireland supplies what is arguably the most modern, up to date technology in the truck market today; ranging from the 7.5 tonne TGL models all the way through the TGM range to the V8 680 HP TGX tractor units - the most powerful series truck ever built in Europe. With the new MAN TGX being awarded ‘The 2008 Irish Truck of the Year’ and the MAN TG Series voted ‘International Truck of the Year 2008’, it is clear the strength of MAN truck technology is recognised globally.
